The "Zeitschrift für Feldherpetologie" (ZfF) appears since1994. It is an independent journal, not connected with any organization, party etc. Since the year 2000 the "LARS-Mitteilungen für Amphibien- und Reptilienschutz in Bayern" are combined with the ZfF.
The ZfF publishes original papers in German or English devoted to all aspects of applied herpetology especially in Middle Europe with the main topics of ecology, distribution, conservation management and field methods.
Beside the ZfF "Beihefte" and "Supplemente" are published.
The subscription price of the ZfF (two issues per year) outside Germany takes from 2011 33,00 € (including shipping costs), the "Beihefte" and the "Supplemente" are not included., but can be subscribed separately.
