Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase
IAMX with his partners, and many other artists, fight worldwide against the takeover of tickets for the purpose of extremely overcharged resale, as well as additional extra service charges, which apply to tickets. We have set up this service to guarantee that the tickets are bought primarily by IAMX fans directly and not from commercial re-sellers at a higher price.
We will ask for the given name and last name of the concert-goers for every ticket purchased on this site. The suitable names are to be put down on the field intended for this. Personalized tickets are issued to the person whose given name, last name, and email are provided when placing the order.
Your ticket is sent to you by e-mail as a PDF document, which you must present upon your entrance at the venue.
There will be a list of the ticket holders at the entrance.
Ticket holder should provide one of the following form of identification once entering the venue:
credit card which the ticket was purchased by
or any photo-ID card
All tickets purchased on this site are governed by our terms and conditions. In particular, we draw your attention to the fact that all tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold under any circumstances. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. The Event Partner and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act).
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act (concerts only), or the venue).
In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser/promoter (ie a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control), IAMX will only refund the face value of the ticket. IAMX will use best efforts to contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise them to return the tickets.
We send out orders twice a week, mostly Monday and Thursday.
To save the shipping cost, you can pick up your order at our office. You place your order at Boutique IAMX and either pay onlinr or bring cash with you. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
We deliver to all countries. You can find the shipping rate of your country after you chose your articles and selected the type of shipping you prefer. Should your country not be listed in the shipping options, please ask for the price at email@example.com. Shipping takes appr. 5-14 days depending on destination.
You can return any order you made within 14 days after you have received your order. We refund the full value of the goods. But please note that Boutique IAMX can not pay any return fees.
After your order has been submitted successfully, you will receive an email containing the Boutique IAMX bank details. Please transfer within 5 working days to:

Pay cash on pick-up at the Boutique IAMX office
You can stop by, try on some shirts and save the shipping cost. After your purchase has been submitted, please send an email to email@example.com and ask for a pick-up date.
To pay via credit card you first need to complete the order form. After confirming your order details, you will be asked to enter your credit card information.
For safety reasons, all credit card information (numbers, expiration dates etc.) will be automatically secured by an encrypted protocol to ensure that neither Boutique IAMX nor any third parties have any access to this information.
We want you to be happy with our products. In case you are not, you may return the respective item within 14 days after its arrival without having to state a reason. We regret to inform you that we can not assume the shipping costs.
