IR (infrared) LEDs 870-875-880nm

Battery-powered FreeTrack kit / set with infrared LEDs Osram SFH485P for head movement tracking devices (Free Track) as per the designs (and LED type recommendation) provided on the website: http://www.free-track.net/english/. These devices can be used in conjunction with a standard WebCam, for example, to enable a disabled person to control a computer, or to simply improve the use of flight simulation software, especially the excellent IL-2 series, giving a highly-realistic sensation of flying. Included are: 3 x IR LEDs Osram SFH485P; 3 x 30 Ohm resistors, 1/4 W; 1 x battery-holder for 2 x AA with on / off switch; 100 cm isolated wires (red and blue); batteries and tape are not included.

High speed power 5 mm GaAlAs infrared LED, peak wavelength 870 nm, viewing angle 44 degrees (±22°), radiant intensity 70 mW/sr, total radiant flux 50 mW, forward current 100 mA, peak forward current 200 mA, surge current 1 A, forward voltage 1.5 V / 2.3 V, rise / fall switching times 15 ns / 15 ns (cut-off frequency 24 MHz), ROHS. Like Vishay TSFF5210, but with wider angle and smaller radiant intensity.

High power 3 mm infrared LED, peak wavelength 880 nm, viewing angle 40 degrees (±20°), radiant intensity >12,5 mW/sr, total radiant flux 25 mW, forward current 100 mA, surge current 2.5 A, forward voltage 1.5 V / 3.0 V, switching times 600 ns / 500 ns, for Multi-Touch-Systems optimal. We recommend using of IR LED Osram SFH487-2 with better parameters.
