Vishay TSAL5100 - IR LED 940 nm 5 mm

Vishay TSAL5100 - High power 940nm 5mm IR (infrared) GaAlAs/GaAs LED (emitter) - 940 nm 5 mm infrared LEDs. Like Vishay TSAL6100, but leads with stand-off. Like Vishay TSAL5300, but with narrower angle and larger radiant intensity.
