Vishay TSHG6210 - IR LED

Vishay TSHG6210 - high speed power 850nm 5mm IR (infrared) GaAlAs LED (emitter) - 850nm infrared 5 mm LEDs, ROHS. Like Vishay TSHG6200, but with increased radiant intensity (typ. 230 mW/sr instead of 160 mW/sr) and total radiant flux (typ. 55 mW instead of 50 mW). Like Vishay TSHG5210, but without stopper (stand-off).

• High speed IR data transmission;
• Smoke-automatic fire detectors;
• Tactical type IR light without the use of external filters;
• Healing of the skin, tissue regeneration. Some studies suggest that radiation of this specific wavelength would accelerate and improve the natural healing capabilities.
