Payment and Shipping

Shippingdays are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Shipping within Germany:
Shipping is done through UPS. Every shipment is insured.
Up to 2000g 5,00 €
Up to 5000g 7,00 €

Shipping within the EU:
Shipping is done through DHL airmail except where noted, and we charge only the exact shipping costs including tax/Vat.
Up to 400g 7,00 €
Up to 800g 11,00 €

This shipping option is available to the following countries:
Bulgaria, Cyprus/Republic of (except north), Czech Republic, Denmark (not including the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (not including the Åland Islands), France (not including overseas areas and departements), Greece (not including Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (not including Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not including the Canary Islands, Ceuta + Melilla), Sweden, United Kingdom (not including the Channel Islands).

If you do not live in these countries, then please select the Worldwide shipping option.

Please select the  "Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Austria"-option if you ordered more than 5 skeins (up to 800g).

Please select the "european shipping"-option if you ordered 1-5 skeins (400-800g).

Shipping is through UPS up to 4000g 9,00 €. Each shipment is insured.

Payment:
Within Germany, payment is made with an electronic transfer. Outside of Germany, paypal is accepted.
