STEINBRÜCHEL | SKIZZEN

30 short tracks, drafted ideas like multi-colored sound islands are gathered on "skizzen" ("sketches"), the second full-length solo album by steinbrüchel. Written between 2001 and 2004, those tracks draw various different atmospheres, from clarity to density, from restlessness to silence, from tristesse to beauty, while steinbrüchel takes the listener with him through these soundscapes. An experiment, giving an idea of the diversity and the variatons of this special sound universe, while at the same time leaving enough room for its verbalizement.
