We reserve the right to decline your order at our sole discretion. Some of the reasons we may decline the order are if the goods are unavailable, if pricing is in error, or if there are problems concerning credit or fraud. 3. Shipping

We are shipping only electronically via download and mail. There are no shipping costs. After your order you will receive the license key within 12 hours. If you should not receive the license key please contact us contact@actaddons.eu.

4. Payment

So far we accept only PayPal.

5. Return Policy

Attention - No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the license key was sent.
Every tool/addon is available in a restricted version, so you can test function and compatibility. In some cases it is possible to get a time-limited test key/version for detailed testing. Please test before buying.

6. Warranty

Any use of our Software is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor and its suppliers, sponsors, and advertisers disclaim all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

You have no right for software version updates. If the software will no longer work in case of a new operating system, host application, office application, it is a decision of the distributor to create an update. Software updates could be free or must be paid.

Intelligent caution dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user assumes the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of the Licensor will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.
The Software is not fault tolerant and is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use in environments or applications in which failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage or financial loss.
