Osram SFH4511 - 950nm 5mm narrow-angle IR LED (infrared emitter) - 950nm 5 mm LEDs infrared, ROHS. No longer manufactured! Discontinued. We recomend using of LEDs Osram SFH4545 with similar parameters.
