High power 3 mm infrared LED, peak wavelength 880 nm, viewing angle 40 degrees (±20°), radiant intensity >20 mW/sr, total radiant flux 25 mW, forward current 100 mA, surge current 2.5 A, forward voltage 1.5 V / 3.0 V, switching times 600 ns / 500 ns, for Multi-Touch-Systems optimal. Like Osram SFH487, but with higher radiant intensity (20 mW/sr instead of 12.5 mW/sr). Discontinued. Obsolete from 2014, not for new designs.
