Vishay TSFF6210 - IR LED 870 nm 5 mm

Vishay TSFF6210 - High speed power 870nm 5mm IR (infrared) GaAlAs LED (emitter) - 870nm infrared 5 mm LEDs, ROHS. No longer manufactured! Discontinued. We recomend using of LED Vishay TSFF5210 with the same parameters, but with stopper.
