Vishay TSHF6410 - high speed GaAlAs power 890nm 5mm IR (infrared) GaAlAs IRDA LED (emitter) - 890nm infrared 5 mm LEDs, ROHS. Like Vishay TSHF5410, but without stopper (stand-off).

low forward voltage: 1.4 V / 2.3 V (at 100 mA / 1 A).
