Vishay TSHG5510 - High speed power 5 mm GaAlAs infrared LED, ROHS. Like Vishay TSHG5410, but with wider viewing angle and smaller radiant intensity.

radiant intensity min. 18 mW/sr, typ. 32 mW/sr, max. 54 mW/sr,
total radiant flux 55 mW (according to data sheet), 42.0 mW (measured at 100 mA, after 60 s warm-up). Our results are slightly below those of the manufacturer, but are far more practical and make it easier to compare different LEDs.

rise / fall time 15 ns / 15 ns (cut-off frequency 24 MHz),
forward voltage 1.45 V at 100 mA, 2.1 V at 1 A.
