5mm LEDs

A range of 5mm high intensity visible and infrared LEDs with viewing angles from 6 to 110 degrees supplied in a popular T1-3/4 diameter package, the most commonly chosen type of LEDs. Great for all scientific and industrial applications (instruments, control, communication) and most consumer-electronic modifications. The LEDs are available in various colors (wavelengths) and die – technologies, including AlInGaP/GaAs, AlInGaP/GaP, InGaN, AlGaAs/GaAs and AlGaAs/AlGaAs. Crystal clear and diffused. The cathode is denoted by the shortest leg. In our Internet online webshop you can now order and purchase inexpensive LEDs for testing.
