Vishay TSAL7400 - IR 940 nm LED 5 mm

Vishay TSAL7400 - High power 940nm 5mm IR (infrared) LED (emitter) with GaAlAs/GaAs chip - 940 nm 5 mm infrared LEDs. Like Vishay TSAL6400, but molded in a clear, untinted plastic package. Like Vishay TSAL7300, but with wider viewing angle and smaller radiant intensity.

low forward voltage 1.35 V @ 100 mA/ 2.6 V @ 1 A,
switching times 800 ns (at 100 mA) / 500 ns (at 1 A).
