Vishay TSHA6203 - High power GaAlAs 875nm 5mm IR (infrared) LED (emitter) - 875nm infrared 5 mm LEDs. Like LEDs Vishay TSHA6200, Vishay TSHA6201 and Vishay TSHA6202, but with better parameters.

forward current 100 mA, surge current 2.5 A,

rise / fall time 600 ns (bei 100 mA), 300 ns (bei 1.5 A),
