Compact and powerful
The compact four-cylinder power packs combine the sovereign, quiet performance of a traditional petrol engine with the fuel economy, pulling power and longevity of a diesel engine, and have a highly developed SmartCraft® compatible ECM for monitoring various engine parameters. The sophisticated design of the components, for example the integrated heat exchanger and the exhaust manifold, contributes to the compact dimensions of the MD 2.0. The proven common-rail fuel system with turbocharger and seawater aftercooling provides impressive acceleration and precise response.
