Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Comments to the installation

The install program doesn't copy files to the windows system directory. All files will copy to the selected working directory. We are sorry but it's not possible to produce software which works correctly on all computers and at all software combinations. We have test the software carefully but it's possible that it dosn't works correctly in all cases. Software-Factory shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of revenues or damage to any property, persons, or interests, even if Software-Factory is advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the license fee reflects this allocation of risk.

Copyright

This software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty. You are not allowed to modify this software.

Warranty

We can not warrant the correctness of our software. Our software is produced carefully. But no computer software is without bugs. Therefore the calculations are your own risk. The warranty is limited to replacement of defective media. In no event we will liability for any demages.

Comments to the shareware version

The software you install is a shareware version if you are not registered by the author. You are allowed to test this software for 4 weeks. If you want use the software after this time you have to register the software by the author.

Number of software users

It's not allowed to use the software by several users at the same time. You can increase the number of users by ordering of further software packages. When installed on a network, the number of concurrent users is limited to the number of licenses purchased.

Payment

The customer agrees to pay all charges of bank transfer. The receiver gets the the total amount of the bill. If you don't so we are not able to offer you new versions for update prices.
