Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal

Within ten days you have the right to enter into this contract without giving a statement or reason for the withdraw. The withdrawal period is ten days from the day on which you or one of you third party who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.  To gave the right of withdrawal, you must contact us at the following address and share with us in writing your decision to withdraw this contract. Please keep in mind, that your withdrawal must be before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

What means cancellation for you

If you withdraw from this contract, we will return all payments we received from you, excluding shipping costs, at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received your withdrawal in writing (per Fax, Email per Mail).

The repayment method that we use is the same payment that you used in the original transaction. 
unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged for this repayment 
calculated.

We can refuse the repayment until we  have received the goods back or until  we have received 
your notification that you have returned the items, whichever comes first in any case not later than 
14 days from the day in which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract to be returned to 
us or handed over.
