We are not willing to enter into dispute resolution proceedings before the consumer arbitration board.

All orders, delivers and our service are regulated exclusively Only by Jon-Cin Terms&Conditions below and not from anyone else.

The languages of jon-cin.de website and the contract’s language is English and German.

Our offers in Jon-Cin online shop are an invitation to you to submit an offer and wenn you order a Jon-Con product on our website, then you place a binding order for a purchase contract with us. After completing your order, we will send you first an email confirmation with the details of your order that only confirms the receipt of your order. Our order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your purchase offer, it is only an information for you.

A purchase contract by our acceptance of your offer is only then when we sent the ordered product to you and we have confirmed the shipping of the product with a second email but no later than 8 days after receipt of your order by us. As Jon-Con will mostly offer the payment in advance, your order will be send only after the full amount has been credited to our account. The delivered product remain the property of Jon-Cin until full payment. It asserts the statutory warranty rights. We have the right to refuse any offer without sharing a reason.

The prices published by us apply to your order. The prices are stated by us in Euro and include the respectively valid legal value added tax plus individual shipping costs.

If the purchaser is a merchant or the purchaser is domiciled outside Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany. Legal remedy for breach of any of the above specifics will be governed over by German law.German law applies exclusively for those contracts with merchants. Court of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within ten days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is ten days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to safeguard the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
