Detail /// /// Gražina Vitartaitė: Open Landscape For many years, I saw the dissemination of Gražina Vitartaitė's creative path in various personal offices and collective exhibitions. She is an extremely productive artist, who is purposeful is moving along the chosen path of enhancing the natural beauty of Lithuania. After her aesthetic taste strongly the most characteristic features of the artist's painting style influenced by the trip to Japan primarily spread in the landscape painting that was spiritually closest to her. Having found her Japanese a path inspired by art tradition and the poetics of M. K. Čiurlionis, a painter in her landscapes consistently developed musical motifs of light and decorative colors which gradually took hold in the canvases and became an inseparable part of her original artistic style.
