The cocoa beans are deliberately not roasted in order to preserve their original, unadulterated taste. They receive their chocolate coating in a careful artisanal process: the beans are continuously moved in a slanted, half-open copper kettle so that the melted "Wild Amazon" chocolate evenly coats each bean. Finally, the chocolate-coated beans are dusted with fine wild cocoa powder - a tribute to the original power of nature.
