The fee covers your tourist card and its conversion into a permission for academic events in Cuba as well as administration costs and costs for events and services not sponsored by DAAD. The fee is payable to WIWEX GmbH who belongs to the student and alumni association Studentenrat e.V. of the School of Business and Economics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and as such is providing these services. |
