Longjing is one of the classics green tea from China, which has a very long history. It was one of the favourite green teas of Emperor Qianlong in the 18th century. This LongJing comes from Hangzhou Xihu area. In order to keep the biodiversity and ecological balance, in this tea garden, there are not only tea trees but also other trees such as osmanthus. The best season is before Ming Festival (April 4, 2021) and this tea was produced on March 26, 2021. Only 1 bud with one to two leaves was picked by hand and was roasted in the hot pan according to the traditional method.
