All of the Polish Pottery products are manufactured in elaborate process of hand work.
Slight pattern deviations and the color intensity make each piece unique.
§ 1. GENERAL
a) The BUNZLAUER MANUFAKTUR - Oderstrasse 26, 65468 Trebur (referred to us or we) shall be the contracting party of the customer when placing orders in the BUNZLAUER MANUFAKTUR Online Shop ( "Onlineshop"). All offers and sales via the Onlineshop are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. Divergent regulations only apply if they have been expressly agreed between us and the customer.
b) Consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§13 BGB). Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or who is acting in the course of a legal transaction in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 para. 1 BGB).
These terms and conditions shall also apply to future business relations to entrepreneurs, but they will only be part of the contract if we have expressly consented to them.
§ 2. CONTRACT
a) The offers in the Onlineshop represent a non-committal invitation to the customer to order goods in the Onlineshop. The customer has the option to select goods in the Onlineshop, place them in the shopping cart and order them by clicking the button "Buy it Now".
Prior to sending the order, the customer has the option to check their order data and to correct any input errors by means of the provided buttons ("Back" / "Change" / "Delete").
By ordering the desired goods, the customer gives us a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order.
This acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute a binding acceptance of the customer's order by us. Acceptance of the order of the customer takes place by the dispatch of the goods.
b) We can withdraw from the contract in any time if we are not supplied properly or in time by our suppliers, or if desired product (s) is / are no longer available.
We will notify the customer of the non-availability of the service and immediately refund all payments already received.
C) The contract text is stored by us; However, it is no longer available for customers after sending an order. The customer will recieve an email with order confirmation.
§ 3. DELIVERY - DELIVERY TIME
a) We deliver - sofar as we have not agreed with the customer to self-collect -,
only at delivery locations within the Germany.
Delivery to mailboxes or packing stations as delivery address is not possible.
b) The dispatch of the goods purchased by the customer, in case of payment by
bank transfer or PayPal take place within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays between Monday - Friday and public holidays) after receipt of payment by us.
c) In the case of delivery to a delivery location outside of Germany, the customer must count additional delivery time minimum of 5 to 10 working days.
The delivery time depends on the destination place and customs clearance.
d) If the date of the deadline of the delivery period falls on the weekend or on the public holiday day, the delivery period expires on the next working day.
§ 4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
a) All our prices include the statutory value-added tax, in each case valid.
b) The customer can choose between prepayment, bank transfer and Paypal when ordering in the onlineshop.
BANK TRANSFER - If you choose bank transfer for the payment method, we will send you our bank account in the order confirmation email and deliver the goods after payment receipt.
Cash on delivery - the payment method Cash on Delivery costs in addition to standard delivery price 5 Euro.
In addition, 2 euros are to be paid directly to the delivery driver. (so 7 Euro extra costs + delivery charge) This service is only available within Germany.
Paypal - You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register (here), login with your access data and confirm payment instructions. When selecting the payment type PayPal additional Fee of 1 Euro is to be paid.
Self collection - If we have agreed with the customer's self-collection, the purchase price is to be paid in cash at the time of collection of the goods.
§ 5. RETURNS
If the customer is entitled to a consumer right of withdrawal according to the legal regulations.

a) If the customer is a consumer, we retain title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price of the goods.
c) Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the original packaging with the original documentation (invoice).
§ 6. LIABILITY - WARRANTY
a) § 434 ff of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is a statutory right of non-liability for the goods. We do not assume any guarantees or other guarantees beyond the statutory claims for defects / warranties.
b) We are liable without limitation, insofar as is relevant, according to the Product Liability Act, in the case of fraudulent concealment of a defect, for damages from injury to life, body or health, or in case of intent or gross negligence.
c) In the case of the only negligent breach of essential rights or duties which arise according to the content and purpose of the contract, we are only limited to the foreseeable, contract-type damage which is foreseeable at the conclusion of the contract.
We are not liable for damages caused by negligence.
§ 7. DATA PROTECTION
We use your stock data exclusively to process your order. All customer data are stored and processed by us in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG). Further information is given to the customer in the online shop under the privacy statement.
§ 8. COPYRIGHT
All displayed external logos, images and graphics are the property of the respective companies and are subject to the copyright of the respective licensors. All photographs, logos, texts, reports, scripts and program routines presented on these pages, which are proprietary developments of us or have been processed by us, may not be copied or used without our consent. All rights reserved.
§ 9. LEFT ON OUR SITES
By judgment of 12 May 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links" the regional court of Hamburg decided that by the application of a link the contents of the linked site have to be responsible. This can - according to the LG Hamburg - be prevented only by expressly distancing themselves from these contents. We hereby dissociate ourselves expressly from all contents of all linked pages on this homepage. This declaration applies to all links on our Internet pages.
