The device can be used for precise positioning and easy moving of larger loads by hand or electric hoist. Adjustable for a beam range width from 80 mm up to 168 mm and various profiles. The rollers are designed for a maximum beam flange slope of 14 %. The pre-and fine tuning is done by washers with locknuts on the threaded beam which prevents slipping through a centric hoist mounting.

As anchor point for a chain hoist or other hoists.

Easy beam width adjustment by spacers/washers.
In this fixing design the two halves of the trolley are perfectly assembled together and braced by locknuts.
Therefore a twisting of the halves is not possible. There are simpler versions of trolleys where the halves are only connected by simple threaded rods without spacers/washers and are also not secured by locknuts. These versions are much less rigid.
