Hand-operated siren can be screwed on e.g. a table. The base has 4 mounting boreholes. No drilling needed.

Shaft is ball beared

By turning the crank a wailing sound is produced. The volume increases with increasing speed.

The openings of the siren can be opened by pulling the small handle and the volume further increases due to the higher air flow.
