Wineries

The winelands in the Western Cape with its beautiful hills and cape dutch houses are amazing and beautiful. The landscape is almost like in European winelands with the addition of the views of the sea and table mountain. For wine farming, there are perfect conditions of weather and terroir. No wonder the first colonists more than 300 years ago startet to plant vines. South African wine is built on tradition and knowledge of the "Old World" influenced with modern techniques of the "New World".
