Dried root: round, cylindrical, occasionally branched, in the upper section is thicker. Length: 30-90 cm. d: 1-3,5 cm. The surface is pale yellow-brown light brown coloured. Consistency: hard and resilient, heavy, breakable with strong fibrous,mealy fracture. The bark is yellowish-white, wood pale yellow colored and on radially extending lines, and cracks.
Odour: weak. Taste: weak, sweet, chewing beans in a similar way.
