The shipping of goods of up to 31 kg dimensions (120x60x60 cm) and Weights (max is in the rule. 31 kg) allow this to happen - as an insured package, lt. Table.
Deviating dimensions and Weights, as well as shipments to non-EU countries will be charged according to the costs incurred.
In the case of errors, incomplete information on the delivery/invoice address/(e.g., the wrong postal code, wrong street number, undeliverable address due to lack of name tag, etc.) there may be additional costs incurred in the shipping process. These additional costs (surcharges from the courier service, for determining an address, ZIP code correction, etc) to go to the expense of the customers.

The delivery is usually within 1 business day, no later than within 6 working days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded) after the issuance of the payment order to the remitting Bank (payment in advance) or after conclusion of the contract (in the case of PayPal or direct debit ).

The estimated delivery date depends on several factors, such as your address, shipping method and availability of delivery. For the calculation of the expected date of Delivery, we add the duration of the Bank transfer with the time that the package from our warehouse takes up to an address in Germany. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays need to be added.
