Osram SFH409 - High power 3 mm GaAs infrared LED, peak wavelength 950 nm, viewing angle 40 degrees (±20°), radiant intensity 20 mW/sr, total radiant flux 15 mW, forward current 100 mA, surge current 3 A, forward voltage 1.3 V / 1.9 V, switching times 500 ns / 500 ns. Discontinued. Obsolete, not for new designs. We recommend to use the LED Osram SFH4346 with similar parameters as a replacement.
