Vishay TSHG6200 - high speed GaAlAs power 850nm 5mm IR LED (infrared emitter), ROHS. Like Vishay TSHG5210, but without stopper and with increased radiant intensity (160 mW/sr instead of 90 mW/sr). We recommend using Vishay TSHG6210 with even better parameters (radiant intensity 230 mW/sr, total radiant power 55 mW).
