Upgrade series 245 on the DB variant to local transport Schleswig Holstein version for former customers of the old Br 245 package.

The locomotive at DB AG as a series 245 is actually an electric locomotive, which always carries its power generators.
It is very similar to the Traxx E-locomotives of the DB series 145/146 and 185. The engines offer an output of 2200 kW, as required for the 245. 
It replaces the 218 series.
